After years working with startups, scaleups and corporate clients, he saw a gap in the market for legal services that cut through jargon and delivered real commercial value.

Based in Sydney, Ryan leads a growing team of commercial and corporate lawyers who understand business and speak in plain terms.

He advises founders, operators and investors across a wide range of industries, with a focus on structuring, capital raising, M&A and commercial contracts.
